I'd definitely recommend Killzone: Liberation as that's a really well made isometric shooter with free DLC, interesting challenges and an online mode too. Valkyria Chronicles is pretty fun as well, though I wouldn't recommend it if you haven't played (intend to play) the first one as there's a pretty big spoiler for the first game that's casually mentioned at the start of the 2nd one... heh.
I haven't played Shattered Memories, though I have tried Origins and thought that was pretty good, but I haven't played any of the previous games in the series so I can't say how it stacks up compared to the rest although it is a really good PSP game if that helps. I think it's more action based in comparison to Shattered Memories (I've heard that game just involves running away from enemies a lot of the time).
Unfortunately I haven't played Resistance: Retribution however do I recall that the developers "Sony Bend" also made the 2 Syphon Filter games on PSP so you might want to check them out as well. I think there's a demo for one of the Syphon Filter games on PSN as well though you obviously can't get to it now.
Personally, I tend to play a lot of Japanese RPGs and strategy games on my PSP so I don't know whether to recommend them since my tastes are usually quite strange. XD
ive played Valkyria Chronicles on PS3 and loved it so ill be getting VC2 soon
