MGS2 HD Dog Tag Collection (Question's / Thead)

Have they removed the bit when you press triangle and it shows the name of the soldiers when you look through the digital camera or scope when you got their dog tag?

Sorry I don't know if it does.
Tbh I didn't really know about this anyway haha, I heard about it but never actually saw it for myself in game.
You'll have to try it I guess unless you have but can't get it to work?
Wouldn't see why they would have taken it out of the game, unless it was in Sons of Liberty and not the Substance version...

The name shows up if you've already gotten their dog tags in the past, and if you are looking through binoculars. I haven't tried it in the HD Collection yet.

i know you can see dog tags if you use thermal goggles
