Is it the 18th? Cause Mighty Ape is saying 24th, while EB is saying 17th. Only reason I haven't pre-ordered is because of the different dates, I'm having to go away around then, no point in getting it posted to home if I'm not there to play it.

Also any word on a special PSP coming out for this game, like the Americans got?

I gotta say, I hope Metal Gear games in the future go through some sort of passive reboot not unlike the Splinter Cell series but to only a few aspects so as to retain the metal gear feel. Kojima's is slowly slipping into the typical Japanese developer mentality of making the same game over and over with minor additions and refinements.

I'm not talking about Rising either, although we haven't seen anything ( I presume it'll be more of an action game in the vein of Devil May Cry).

I'm getting tired of seeing Snake run, roll, crawl, stick to a wall in pretty much the same [now robotic] fashion when I look the other way and see Nathan Drake do more and more awesome stuff in terms of animation, and how lifelike he is doing all the things he can do.

I just feel like, it's 2010... it's time for something new.

I wish they'd just gave out codes for the store with retail games. I only buy digital now, for the benefits of travelling and loading times, but i really want a package for peace walker.

eeeeeeep, almost time! Kojima has even put up another countdown for this years E3. If it's another Metal Gear my head just might explode. If it's another Metal Gear, with Kojima heavily involved, Rising will more and more seem like a black sheep.

Alrighty, when is Peace Walker going to actually show up on the store? I've been waiting for the store to update since midnight, and it's not there yet :/ The release date isn't going to be the 18th like UK right?
