A topic just to see who did in fact have trouble with the bosses where they couldn't get passed them and needed someone to help.

For those who don't know, many reviewers said something along the lines of some boss battles are too hard and you'll need (or probably need) another player to help out.

Not for me, I only died once during a boss battle I think which was the 3rd boss I think.

I did run out of ammo of course, but I had one of those things where you request for more ammo, that helped out.

If that did run out, then I'm sure I would have been having to restart but I had no problems.

How about the rest of you?

Same I've died twice on Pupa and beat him 3rd time. No played them all yet by along way though.

It took me ages to beat pupa lol. It would always kill me when it was on it's last 3 bars of health. That was before I found out how to unlock the rpg though

Just wait until you get to the red skull bosses in Extra Operations! Unless you have Rank 5 equipment and soldiers with maxed stats (although at that stage most soldiers will have 9999 psych and health anyway) you have a moderately big chance of not passing it, let alone getting a decent rank! The bosses take around 40 missiles to the AI pod before they go down and the vehicles have atleast 36 soldiers. The term "hell on earth" doesn't even describe the frustration and horror that can be had after running out of ammo and supply markers after 40 minutes of running around the stage unloading missile after missile into them!

I had more trouble with the tank then the pupa i have just got to the helicopter so see how i fair with that

It's funny that I died a few times against the Chrysallis and when I finally beat it I got an S first time. XD

Seriously annoyed me that it kept flying across the screen.

Wow, seems like you all got pretty far into the game ^^;

I only just got to PUPA with the Otakon lookalike dude scene.

Currently kidnapping soldiers. Need to upgrade me gear lol.

I had trouble with the Tank, after the two rounds of checking out the battle field, I decided to upgrade me gear by Kidnapping more people working in the sweat drops. Came back to the battle field, knabbed a few of those guys and took the tank for myself.

Took two armoured vehicles and two tanks now. Need to figure out how to use em ^^;

You can deploy them in Outer Ops after you beat the Pupa.
