CQC Controls:

Hold R1 to put your enemy in a choke hold.

Hold R1 while pressing any direction to slam them, this can be done while holding.

Press L1 with a pistol equiped while choke holding someone to aim the pistol and hold the enemy hostage.

Press X while holding to crouch.

While crouching do the same as throwing and you will do the 'Judo Choke' (You will climb on top of them and choke them out).

2 Others: Press triangle while holding to slit the guards throat.

Press triangle while holding WITH scanner or Syringe equipped to Inject them

(First is just scanning their SOP, second has a deactivates their nanomachines...)

I think thats the lot that won't be indicated in-game, at least in MGS4 itself.

Yes, these are indicated, but some may not know of scanning.
