Big 'doh!' on our part today. Totally forgot the signing was today - in my mind it was later in the week - outside earlier, spotted this photo being taken by a certain person but just didn't click until I saw it pop up on twitter after we'd came back inside.

DOH!

Re: Ye Olde MGS Pub

Should have snuck up on him in a cardboard box!

Anyway, slow news week for me. Not being doing alot apart from getting my head over the happenings of the year so far. Going to get creative in the next few days and draw up idea's Im having for my next tattoo, so hopefully that goes well.

Gaming wise. Im pretty bored. As I'm sitting around myself most days (personal choice over anything atm) I've been wanting to do some online gaming, but nobody's ever playing the same thing, and there's never a big enough crowd to get a decent match with folk I'd like to game with ( Including you guys)

So, here's hoping next week's different, can feel my mood picking up slightly the past few days, so here's hoping I let off some steam and get back to normal... eventually.

Re: Ye Olde MGS Pub

Thats what RabidWalker suggested, we found a nice Sony box and will jump the man should he return!

Hmmmm... you should check out some of our events maybe? Uncharted, RDR & GTA which I help with get a nice crowd.

Re: Ye Olde MGS Pub

If only I still had any of those games... haha

In honesty, I have no idea why I traded RDR in. I loved that game, and me and my friend (Who has now lived down south for an entire year and I've not been able to see) used to have great fun just roaming around on that.

I dont know, I need to start being more constructive before I begin to enjoy my downtime again I feel.

Haha, last time I played RDR online was with Muz actually, I said brb and never came back, since then the worst thing has happened with my disc mysteriously disappearing :smileysad:
I've been praying a lot of my Vita and Sky rim, so I'm not so bothered about multi player atm

Re: Ye Olde MGS Pub

RDR was having it's life on the forum when I was in between internet providers, by the time I got broadband back and secure enough to game everyone had moved on.

Yesterday I was thinking I might get a mindless first person shooter to get myself good at mouse aiming. I'd seen Duke Nukem Forever in the shop for £10 (It's still a little more than that on Steam) so I bought the disc. I unpacked it, put the disc in my computer, chose a language and entered the code that's as far as it would let me go...the code, although new, was showing up as duplicated or already entered by an another account.
I took it back to the shop where the man who served me was still floating around, he remembered that I said I wanted an FPS just for fun so he tried to find a replacement until I basically said: 'Look, I know it's your job to replace not refund, but I looked around your shop for a good while before I chose Duke Nukem and your other FPS were too military or too advanced for my graphics card, let it go'. So... got my money back and he tried blaming the old manager. Said that she had put preowned games on the SALE rack before and slowly but surely they were all finding their way back to the store when people couldn't register/install them. But that just made me wonder why was the game in plastic like new, being sold as new, if it was preowned. How many times before have I bought a game from them thinking it was 'new but gone cheap' and it's a repackaged preowned game? D:

Anyway, went back to Dead Space 1 when I got back, I'll wait until something nice goes on sale on Steam and get it.
Hope you're all well, I seem to be ok now just a cough and headaches that tablets actually work against now. :smileyhappy:

Re: Ye Olde MGS Pub

Been prowling the PSN store the past few days trying to think of a game I'd want to grab cheap. Might get Rayman Origons after I get Max Payne 3. Also been considering Starhawk, and since my next wage is going to be a prett good one, may pick it up.

Going to design my tattoo  tomorrow I think

Get Chinese characters that say "The vegetable is unjust" or "strong toaster yes". Apparently they're popular.

[ Edited ]

Sorry to double post, but I noticed my new Poison Avatar looks like 'that lady from Total Recall'. The one that made the man 'wish he had three hands'... you know? You get it?
