Just posting to say cheers to Surreal and Sickboy for the fights on SFxTekken.
Sorry I was only good at rushing you close up. Something about Street fighter makes me wanna get all up in their shizz, on Tekken I play like you guys play on SF, more waiting and planning moves etc

Indeed! Time goes by so quickly...

Anyway just saying that at the weekend I played in Survival and Tournament since they would be the last ones.

Survival was good fun, regardless of not winning many.

The first tournament there was a problem, everyone got connection not stable and got disconnected.

Then the second tournament we lost first game but ah well. =P

Just the experience of doing it all again (including Survival) and the process of it all was good to see again.

Edit: Decided to make sure first but, happy 7th forum birthday to me haha. =)

I just assumed I scared everybody away. 

How is SFxTekken anyway? I've been in the mood for a good fighting game and this had me interested because I like both games. I'm really bad at Street Fighter though which is what put me off.

I am lousy at Street Fighter, and I play SFxTekken on Easy right now...
I found that it's a good way to get you into SF because it teaches you better than SFIV did. But the question for me is, did I really want to get into street fighter or did I want to beat up Chun Li using Nina Williams then say 'my work here is done'.

In all honesty I got a bit bored of it quick, I would have liked it to be like old fighting games where you unlock people, then you have more or an incentive to finish it as everyone... that said, I was annoyed that Cammy was locked in SFIV and I had to use someone else to win her.
Tekken 3 is still the best fighting game format for me. I actually became good with each character because you had to finish it as everyone to unlock everything. In SFxTekken there's people I haven't even used yet. And won't by the looks of it.
