I used to hate it, but i stopped being a idiot one day and now it's not half as bad.

It's just because all my experience of talking to strangers on phones is ringing up about jobs... and it never goes well. So it doesn't exactly motivate me, I feel like I am being judged.

If I didn't have a 60GB PS3 and want my b/c then I'd just buy a new one, but I will try and get mine replaced for another 60GB model if anything ever happens to this one. If of course it was still in warranty and I could get it for free then I would.

They could do, phone technology is getting pretty advanced these days.

Anyway, I'm like you Garry, I don't like talking to starngers over the phone but when my PS3 first broke, I just felt like I HAD to ring them, so got on with it, and it wasn't so bad.

I would have my sister call If it messes up I think. She loves to yell at people over the phone and in person too.

EDIT: I think I have made it sound worse than it is... we all get nervous with strangers sometimes but I freak out easy.
