At the Marina, I have accomplished all 3 challenges and they all have checks next to them, however the Grudge Match against Dino is still locked. This is extremely frustrating, and will undoubtedly detriment my attempt to Platinum this game.

Please tell me how to undo this or how to fix this!

I think there's a fourth achievemnt under his name. Try and get 1st in the race with no achievements and see if it works

I think that happened to me, cant remember if it was the same track. The grudge match was locked but i could still press triangle to start the grudge race.
