After any given online race Biff and Gary always have something to say about it, depending on what happened through it. Here are the ones I know of:

• Lots of takedowns (I don't know the exact number), e.g. "That wasn't a World Tour Race, that was a World War Race!!!"
• Leader dominated the competition (race leader 5+ seconds ahead of the nearest competitor), e.g. "That racer finished a whole week ahead of the competition!"
• Close finish (leader and 2nd place less than 1 second apart), e.g. "Incredible!!! What a photo finish!!!"
• Very short race (race leader finished the race in less than 1 minute), e.g. "That wasn't a race, I didn't even get to commentate!!!"
• Very long race (only got this once, a long time ago, and I don't even remember what was the quote)
• None of the above (self-explanatory), e.g. "And another race goes down on the books folks [...]"

It took a Kuningaskotka running Farm Frenzy uninpeded for me to discover the "very short race" quote. Thank you Kuni, without you I would probably have never discovered this without using a track specifically for discovering that. That event was, in fact, what prompted me to make this thread.

Then some harsh joke about Gary, obviously. 

"The distance between the winner and the next guy is similar of kind of distance most people would like to stay with Gary!"

 Something like that, never bothered to hear their comments, i just wait by the racers themselfes.

Yeah I don't remember hearing that before either, well maybe in some odd casual races a long time ago. It was pretty interesting.

I can't really contribute here though, since I'm using my native language in the game.

Here are some examples I've ever heard(though when single player with 11 AIs and straight translation from my native language).

in 1 lap races:
Gary
"fast race with fast pace..."
"Wow!This race was ...short."
"Wow!A race like lightening!Sparkingly...and the end."

Biff
"That was a race more transient than Gary's love..."
"Okay!get ready to race soon....what?already finished?"
"Time before this race was longer than the race itself..."

in 9 laps races:
Gary
"Great,just great!That was a long race which history textbook is likely to let in."
"Time was a bit long but the race was much exciting."
"Probably,that was the longest race of all the ones which I've seen ever."
"If that race would last longer,I couldn't help going to a restroom...again."
"There have been races which finish before we know it but this race looked everlasting."

Biff
"What happened to me...I almost started to talk to Gary since this race was too long..."
"Nice to see the race didn't last til night.I'll have a party tonight!"
"My mustache grows since the race was too long."
"Long race...my hip is getting numb."
"Race has finished finally.What year is it,Gary?"
"That was a long race like during which I could watch some all the TV series."

I've heard that race comment way too many times to count.
