Hi!

Just bought Ratchet and Clank™ Pack (Game Pack) and Helghast Pack (Game Pack) and we cant find them anywhere in the game. What's the problem? Help please, my son is going crazy!!

Hi,

This is a problem that happens with people sometimes, chances are your son has a game from a different country to what his PSN ID says. Unfortunately these game packs are reigon locked, not only for MNR, but for ALL PS3 games. I had to create a new account simply to get game packs for my games that I buy in other countries!

So, in order to help you, I need to know 2 things:

1) Where the game is from (As in which country)

2) In what location is he registered on PSN (once again, just a country will do)

If these do not match, then you have to make them match to get the game packs. Keep in mind tha the credit card or voucher you use to buy these has to be from the same country as your location as registered with PSN.

So, if this is the problem, follow the steps I listed and it should be solved. Don't even bother trying to get the $4 back...

Otherwise, there might be another problem...

I bought this game in Sweden, says PAL on cover too.

The PS3 is registered and bought here in Sweden. (I hadn't registered the PS3 system so I did this now)

WAIT! Maybe you are having problems because there were random internet connection problems over the last few days... But I don't know too much on the topic so wait until some others reply.

Go back on to the store and check your "View downloads" list (top right corner on the store), the MNR DLC will be there. Does the DLC show up once or a couple of times in that list?

For excample, is the Ratchet and Clank DLC file listed once or a couple of times?
