Oh and to address your DLC question, HandsomeDave85, we’re talking about significant price drops for MNR PS3 DLC in the near future.

Ah Mr Waas! The legend that brought us this mind blowing jedi mind trick nugget of wisdom :
"I know there are some of you that are disappointed that ModNation Racers: Road Trip doesn’t let you play head-to-head online other than ad-hoc. But we really wanted to evolve online functionality and take advantage of the PlayStation Vita’s unique feature set in new ways. If all we ever did as developers is rehash features that have been done in previous games, we’d still be entering passwords instead of using save files and you’d have to start the entire game over after you lost your three lives (extra 1-ups aside)."

a mini pack is about the same price as a mcdonalds meal... i know which one id rather spend my money on..
The large packs cost about the same price as 3 pints of beer...
but yet youv always got it once you'v bought it..
by no means am i saying there extremely cheap or anything and yess all the dlc together cost alot.. but if you bought 1 pack every 2 weeks.... then its hardly anything. i.m.o
I would say the main themes are great value for money, £7.99 for 50+ new props, 5 new tracks and a whole brand new theme is good going I reckon, but the mini themes (Alien, Western and Pirate) are £5.49 and you only get 20 odd props (a few are crappy smashables too) and NO new theme stuff and then you have the others which are only £3.99 which vary from extremely good value (Gladiator and it's amazing driveable platform) to those that ought not to be touched with a very large pole (Waterworld, how in the world that ever passed through Q&A we will never know. ![]()
I hope they do bring the price of all DLC down a bit (half price perhaps?) then I may invest in the Prehistoric and Medievil packs, possibly the Pirate one too as I like those palm trees and some of the buildings, but their use is limited due to the ridiculous limitations of the track editor with regard to theme usage, something thankfully our PS Vita friends won't have to worry about (assuming anyone is going to buy it!)

The only big deals on DLCs are the Far East, Big City and Artics. The rest are mostly poor and thanks atheistw to make the correct number or props, i wasn't sure if most of the mini DLC would give 25 props or 20 which are, IMO, very few for 4,99 euros.
About the mods and kart the prices are fairly correct except the ones they made with default stickers and items (basically without something new) and you can't remix or have to make stuff with Helghast or Kratos' bodies :<
And need more voices ![]()
And discount
and new track DLC
and new career DLC
and something else
^-^

I find lack of information regarding possible DLC discounts really annoying. I don't know whether to buy DLC now or not because they might cut prices in half a week later, and THAT would be a real slap to my face. 20 bucks down the drain.
And seriously they should lower the prices now that players might still be interested. With the new karting game coming in a year or so.

I HUGELY agree kuni!
Firstly I am getting really annoued by the "we'll look into it and get back to you" line that we keep getting given, as we never seem to get an answer.
Secondly, While $120 or whatever the dlc is might not be much for an adult, you must remember that a large perportion of the people in the community are kids, and for them $120 is a lot of money. Especially in Australia as everything costs more lol!
Plus, many people pick this game up now because it's like $20, so they're not going to put $100+ into 'extras'.
I have to this date, only purchesed the big themes, as they are the only things which are imo very good value for money. I would never get a mini theme, and I'm considereing a couple of prop packs, like gladiator, moon colony and even carnival. However, every time I go to buy some we seem to hear the "there might be a price drop in the near future" or "we are considereing a price drop", and I think, if I spend $30 on dlc and the next week it goes down, I'll be really annoyed, so I'll just hold off...
MARK, If you want people to stay interested in this game after nearly 2 years, you NEED a dlc price drop. Heck I'll go on strike until we get a price drop if it doesn't happen soon! (anyone want to join me, not now but in a couple of months).
But, as I feel I get better and need some more props, I might just invest...

I hope the expansions at least get a bundle price. Maybe 20 bucks for all 3 would be cool. I have been reluctant to actually get the DLC because 10 bucks for 5 races is kinda...a lot.
