OH MAN. You won't believe HOW cool is this game.
Specially i barely even tried and saw with my own eye(s) how great is this game.
I am SO going to buy this game that my wallet is going to cry all over a season.

I'm really happy with this game so far.
Modnation racers handling model was frankly one of the worst I've experienced. Even memories back of PS1 racers like The Muppets, and Disney racing games had better handling models and weapon mechanics.
The fact that Modnation Racers fell so far short on the gameplay front was what killed that game for me. Even though I created tracks, played 100s of races online and bought all the DLC, even the PSP and Vita games... fortunately United Front have focused on making this game better in every way MNR fell short and as a result it's vastly more satisfying.

That's because drift was 99% the main way to drive.

Personally I disagree, the racing in MNR is faster and the drifting is imo easier. The problem with LBP Karting for me is that the racing bores me. No gameroom 'lobby' for easy chat, can't upgrade weapons, hard to stay in a room with your friends, shield is a step back, hate the art style, it overall just feels like MK with a paint job. Fun for a week but it doesn't bring me joy like MNR does.
I like the track editor, but the controls are a little weird right now. Still, I feel that these new features could just be added to MNR 2, but it will never come. ![]()
