This is worth trying, though I'm afraid it would be difficult to make work. Especially since you should somehow be able to make sure that players can't avoid jumping by resetting their karts.

 

For the record, it has now been tested that even a long narrow stretch of red boost pads the wrong way will NOT prevent the player from moving forward. The trap can be overcome by spinning somehow or just persistently mashing select.

I'll publish my quick draw track(on yika_mnr) with the exit blocked. There is a way out, but you need to figure that out your self. :smileywink:

Just put out a track named Not Possible    Hopefully is not possible, :smileyhappy:, i tried out all ways i could think of to get by and i couldnt. Let me know if you can beat it, and how you did!!! Track under: flathletics102

I'll try it later! Somehow after doing some experiments with friends I'm doubtful any track will be impossible to beat, but maybe you have better imagination than us :smileyhappy:

Tried it, and managed to finish! 1 lap race with a time of 6:01.811. AI did not figure out how to.

 

At the place with two megajumps side by side I got past them by building up speed, double jumping over from the left side (a small bump in the track) and exploding in the air after flying a bit over the jump ramp (not exploding would still result me in flying backwards, at least in the cases I tried).

 

So.... Close, but no donut :smileyvery-happy:

Aaaaargh!!! lol, back to the drawing board I guess! I'll tinker with it a bit more and see if i can get it. I didnt think about resetting in midair over the jump. Will return if progress is made.

did this also before i read this and had a 27.512 sec lap in 3 lap race
