Some... Someone call an ambulance... I think my heart just stopped from all that awesome.

Ah... now this looks like a track editor that will give you the freedom needed to create some awesome tracks! No red translucents telling you that you can't place an object in the middle of another.
I don't care for Ridge Racer's fantasy physics, but I've got to say that they really outdid themselves with that editor!

LOOP-DEE-LOOPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope there's a demo / full game trial. And I hope it's not as bad as Ridge Racer Vita........
Sonikku shall be proud.

LOL JNM, MNR phisics aren't very good...
But to the point, a track editor that might surpass MNR... WOW!!!
I'll get it first day if the demo is good!

review.
The tracks are made with tiles, but you can make say, five tracks in one city.
Unfortunately, this means the tracks are mostly premade. The only stuff you can really customize is track props (physics!) and ramps.
Read it. It's a nice review.... 8.5 / 10 , B+

Oh wait, THAT is Ridge Racer Unbounded. I really loved FlatOut 2 and when I heard the same company (Bugbear) is making a new racing game I was very excited. That was long before I knew about any track editor.
Suddenly this is relevant to my interests.

Yep, read the review, sounds VERY impressive! However, regarding the track editor, from the video it appears there are two modes of creation, "Basic" which builds courses using the grid based system and "Advanced" which allows you far more control over the placement of individual objects and track elements (see them building what appears to be a mothership midway through). Before picking it up I'd like clarification on just how much freedom you can have with the editor but regardless, this looks like an excellent racing game by all accounts!
