So approximately how many tracks are out there for download, and will it take up all my room on my PS3.

That made me seriously LOL.  You really haven't done any research about MNR at all have you?  I have no way of counting how many tracks have been made are but it's gotta be over a million.. There's no way you want to download them all though. I'd say even the most active casual room hosts only have a  couple hundred tracks downloaded.  (Somebody that runs a ton of casuals help me out there.)

And, no, they hardly take up any room at all.

Re: People still playing

This is my research now.  I am wondering if its still worth buying or not.  What if someone has a track I don't have do I get kicked out, or is there actually online play or not.  Or is there a list of the top tracks for download so that everyone has the same tracks.

Re: People still playing

If someone plays a track you don't have you automatically temporarily download it.  At the end of the race you get a chance to rate it and download it to keep so you can race or host it later.

I host casual quite a lot... At the moment I have about 350 tracks. BUT I delete stuff regularly so I've probably downloaded like 1000 tracks in the last 8/9 months.

Re: People still playing

   i can only recommend MNR

got it over 2 years ago and still playing it.

in game U can do a carrier - with acompagniing story.

if U complete the challenges there

: U win items to use both in tracks and on karts and mods.

   U can also collect 5 special-pods on each carrier-track

wich U can take to MNR-store and play one-armed thieff

wich gives U more items.

    i started this game by 1st : free DL'ing the MNR demo-version.

the mod and kart U make there (on demo)

is then uploaded to U in real game if U buy and install it.

to clear up some more curriousity

U can C many diff filmclip's from races on MNR on U-tube.

hope U'll join us and then wont regret it ^^

Re: People still playing

I've heard about little big planet karting coming soon.  I'm wondering if it would be better if I wait for that to come out since this game is 2 years old.  I'm thinking once that game comes out not that many people will play this game.
