Sliding Walls? Huh? Where are they?

I've seen some tracks have sliding walls? How did they do that? Is that a special prop you earn? I own every mod pack and I have no sliding walls.

There's a vertical one too I think... It's kinda steel-ish in color. Saw it a lot on some alien themed tracks...
