I don't see any problem with colours, and there are many kind of general pre-made clothes in MNR. Stickers are usually an advanced add.

What's stupid about MNR is that all the pre-made stuff is basically advanced stickers.
They should've had 3D clothes as pre-made stuff which you could put stickers on. It would be better.

I'm curious, what exactly would you consider 3D clothes? Because I'm lost trying to figure out what you're getting on about...

The best way as to explain this would be looking at ModNation Racers' own creation tools - specifically there are some Top Layer and Accessory pieces that aren't completely flat like stickers, but that can't receive stickers. abc123Y then comments that the pre-made clothes should have been like those parts, but also able to receive stickers. The tutu part that comes with the Princess character would be a good example.

For the tracks, yes.
But for the characters and karts, MNR has actual colour selection instead of crappy stickers.
Elaborate?

LBP Karting is just a stupid ca$h grab attempt to get both MNR fans and LBP fans to buy one single game. (Developing one game is easier than two, right?) It's also one giant middle finger to the fans of MNR, now that the whole MNR world is being ditched for the LBP world. I haven't put a magnifying glass to the whole thing, but LBP Karting looks like what MNR2 could be in combination with all of the problems of LBP.
As an LBP fan, I'm not looking for a karting game, I'm looking for LBPV, LBP3, stuff like that.
As an MNR fan, I'm not looking for the limited customization of sackthings and karts of the LBP world in a karting game, I'm looking for MNR2.
Definite h3ll no, it's a move that seems to totally disregard what I, and probably others, were expecting.
