Forgive the pun. I was desperate.
Using the Big City (base) and Seaside (warehouse, some other props) themes, this is a potentially confusing - but actually rather fun - jaunt through the busy warehousing area of a big city. You may have already guessed this.
Most of it is offroad, the warehouses providing much of your route guidance, and there are plenty of shortcuts, although none constitute significant detours. Most of them are marginally shorter than the main track (which is where the goodies are) but one or two are, deliberately, fairly tight to negotiate.
The track features no hazards - only the good stuff. A few grabs:
Starting as we mean to go on, immediately after the start you tuck left into the first warehouse and your first choice of routes.
So, as you see, lots of warehousing. It looks confusing at first but, in truth, generous chevrons will provide lots of help. In the foreground here you can see the two shortcuts which are tricky. The dirt one throws a 180 at you, while the one with the two cranes (slightly further back) has a tight chicane.
All that warehouse mullarkey comes to an end here as the paths converge and you enter the residential and city area.
If you want time to take in a nice view, dart left off the track and behind the tenement blocks to this long and very high Mega Jump.
You'll be rewarded with a bird's eye view of this penultimate stretch of track.
A tip: If you want an item pod (3 of them to the right of the building on the corner) that Mega Jump is a good idea as it sets you up nicely to make the tight right-hand shortcut.

This looks amazing. A proper Maze style track, which ACTUALLY looks good! Great Work!
