As promised, I got to it eventually!!
What you have here is a very solid track. I loved the shortcuts, and overall very nice scenery. It flows very well, the corners are the right difficulty and it is allows for lots of good driving lines. I also loved the jump at the start. However I would like to suggest a couple of things:
Firstly, there were quite a few ways to got caught on props in the track, e.g. posts sticking up. Maybe at the begining one too many alternate routes?
Secondly, at times the banking was wrong (as mackattack mentioned). Try to have it facing in, not out, as you round a corner. 
Finally, near the end, with the roof bridge, to the left there was nothing, just flat grass. I recommend you add some trees or height variation.
I hope this feedback helps, overall it's a fun track and I would give it 4*. Keep up the good work!
