Hey all.... ive come up with a track challenge idea that i feel would be great to challenge the expertise of the track creators... how each creator looks at props differently... and how each prop NEEDS to be used with thought...
My challenge..
The challenge itself is simple but... your minds need to be as creative as possible...
I will place out a circular track with only
20 unique props. eg trees and buildings (these can be used as many times as you want tho.)
2 mega jumps
2 sliding platforms
2 boost ramps
boost pads and pick ups you can place on your own accord
Only these props are to be used. nothing else...
There will be angled props for you to work with.
you will need to repave the track into your track... and change Theme.
The only DLC i will be using is FAR EAST THEME... if you do not have this then unfortunatly you will not be able to remix this..
Please sign below if you feel that this would be a fun challenge... if not.. ill crawl into a hole and shut up.. Lol.
You might feel that this is not many props to work with... <---- and this my friend is the challenge!!!!

I will not personally participate in this due to creative limitations on my part, but I do think it is a very good idea and hope to see many people participate in the event that you go through with it.
Also alex, this is off-topic, but I would like to personally request that you throw in some more MNR Rally-style tracks to your already decorated arsenal. This is mainly because I love them to death and have not experienced the fun I do on these tracks anywhere else in this game. When I race these I firmly believe that you're THE MAN that belongs employed by a game designing company and if they let you run wild and do what you wish, you'd make the best official tracks for a racing game ever seen. I hope you at least consider it at a future time if not now, because it's not just me who loves these tracks.
I appreciate everything you do for the community and always look forward to your newest creations and ideas ![]()

I second that.
If you're not doing it because of lack of inspiration I'd like to make a personal request. I grew up in Brazil and there is this amazing rally that takes place in the northeast region of the country. The rally is called "Rally dos Sertões" and is extremely difficult according to its participants (even racers that won the Dakar rally say that). It may come as a surprise, but there're no forests in this rally (Brazil isn't just the Amazon Rainforest). I found two videos on youtube that can give you an idea of the rally (rally 2010 and 2011).
No pressure at all in making the track. It's just that I always wanted to make a track based on this rally but I don't have the talent to do it, and as you're the best in the business why not ask?
As for the challenge, I could give it a try, why not?
