This is VERY helpful. Many thanks, my time won't count though, I'm not doing the GP. I can confirm those top five at least as they were unchanged last night. I guess that is most important.

Seriously, maverick, watching your ghost makes me sick. LOL
About 1 out of 10 times I can be real close to you after the 1st turn. On the 2nd turn you are always 3-5 kart lengths ahead, and I don't even want to talk about how far ahead you are after the 3rd turn. And that's only when it seems I am racing it perfectly. I have no idea how you can maintain speed that early in the race around the 1st few turns. I can only guess you have to set yourself up on the previous lap to have max speed going into the start of the lap, but I can never pull it off. A lot of times that 1st turn throws your kart out real wide, as if your tires lost traction for a second. At least that is what it feels like. I too got my best time with neutral handling. Made too many mistakes with +1 Handling and didn't want to double drift any turns.
