Here is my entry for the ModNation Racers Second Anniversary GP. It already started out as a track I was working on with a friend, and then just as a normal track. Until, I discovered that MnR were looking for entries for the 2 year GP. As I had been away from my console for some time, I converted this into my entry. This race in the 2 year GP may lack the stands and such of the other races, but that is because of the limeted space that the MRC had to make this race in, because of the narrow streets and water-logged canals, of this proud, modern, and classy city. But anyways, on with the pictures!

My track got glitched with a 4 second lap time, I have NO idea how, it's the simplest, most straightforward track layout possible!

 

mini seems to think this will invalidate it for GP selection, is this true? If so I'll re-publish, before taking a nice long break from this game, it's really peeing me off lately. :smileysad:

Well, if this glitch happened in the real GP, it would probably cause a lot of problems, so I don't think Mark would choose it. I'm not 100% sure though, wait until Mark replies or shoot him a PM.

 

Btw, my entry is getting close to being done, and I see that poppa has finished his. It's not necessarily final, as he said in our gameroom last night, but it's called 2012 North Woods GP if you want to check it out.

As long as it can't be easily replicated the track should be fine for GP. Remember, in hot lap cheaters can try over and over again to glitch until they succeed. Whereas in races they risk falling behind if the glitch is difficult to execute. And thankfully we don't even know how it happened.

You are probably right. I mean, most UFG tracks have been glitched with stupid times aswell, so who cares if a user track is glitched.

suffered for days with a terrible writers block.

but now well on the way finishing my contribution of GP 2012

   the look of the track is nothing special - big city-theme.

but i made it mainly in an equal 2 route

these routes goes in oncoming directions several places

thats Y the track is gonna B named : GP 2012 Right side trafic.

red boostpads in the right side : pointing the right way

red boostpads in the left side  : pointing the oposite way

weaponpods on the centerline.

   got the idea from Big city theme - bridge-portal

blinking 2way sign on it
