Because in casuals I don't care to win. To me, that's why I'm in a casual. To have as much fun as possible and deter from the cut throat competitiveness of XPs. So even if I'm leading or gonna have a split second finish at the end of a race, I'll stop, turn 180 degrees and shoot at the first player I see. More often than not, people rage when I do it.

Second, Whitef8ng you should totally join us in the casual rooms! I'll take your sideswipes for the whole room!
As far as sideswiping goes, I don't enforce non-sideswiping when I host in public rooms. It almost never happens anymore and most of your typical level 5 sideswipers tire themselves out after a couple of 12th place finishes and leave anyway. Most of you on this forum will never even see them during the race!
If someone does anything to annoy you just send them a message. It usually works! Or just wait until I hand the room over to ripper and he'll take care of them! 
I will kick people for racist or homophobic comments. But, again, this rarely happens anymore.
The times ripper gave earlier are usually good times to find us, but Mrs_Drew_Sux and I are off and on randomly a lot so if you want to race with us just add me. If my friend list is full shoot me a message and I'll dump some non-MNR folks.
As far as tracks, we run through a lot of classic tracks, old favorites by long-time creators, new stuff that catches our eye, and some completely random stuff we come across. I like trying new tracks and I'd be happy to run yours. Just let me know. I'm always looking for the next "stephers". 
More than anything ripper171, our wives, and I are just trying to have a crap-load of fun playing a game we love. If that sounds like something you might me into then look us up. I have no plans to move to LBPK so we'll be here until they turn out the lights.

Last night was way fun... I must crash your gamerooms MUCH more often. The track selection was quite diverse...Good stuff... Sackboy shall return!
