A few months back, MNR stopped loading in my playstation. It always got to 64% after the intro movie, and then the music would stop and the game would not load. I'd have to restart my playstation each time to get out of the loading screen. I tried uninstalling the game, deleting it, AND all my save files (I can always re-download the published files from the store afterall)
But still nothing. I eventually accepted the disc was broken, and sold it. However, months without MNR and I really miss it. So I bought a new copy again, and set it up, and low and behold, it will not load past 64%. Its a new playstaion by the way, got it in january. I've tried searching forums all over, and I see people with problems similar to mine, but I don't see any resolutions. Is there a fix for this? Or should I just accept that no matter what, i will be never be able to play this game again?

A quick update, I tried reinstallng it and NOT updating to patch 1.11, and it suddenly worked, so I guess the problem is the patch. Did they ever solve this issue?

Yes, I did, that didn't seem to do anything. I just tested it again after having re-downloaded the patch, and so far it seems to be working again...I'm guessing this issue must be account related somehow, as I had the same problem on my old ps3. I'll keep an eye on it and see if it happens again, I just hope this comes in handy if anyone else has this issue.

i think the problem could have to do with
a clumb or a short(mili-sec)hick-up in the electricity
or the internet-connection when loading PSN-updates.
these thing's hit randomly.
i had a looong time problem with PS-Home
after an update. -and several updates later too.
- my ps3 froze up when i entered my own flat's
B4 furnitures pop'd up and with HDD-indicator still on.
suddently a healing update curred it
