Yes, in fact most of these people have been around for a while. King chose more 'people who have improved lots recently'.

This is just my list of people who are New to me. Since I have been coming on this forum ( which wasn't that long ago ) I have seen these creators and taken notice of their stuff. So they are new to me
Feel free to edit my list if there is someone on there NOT considered a "Rookie"
