My goodness this thread has grown fast!
I understand your frustration atheistsw, but I'd have to agree with mini_schnauzer that quitting is just going to end up being a victory in the eyes of the boosters. If they know they can get under your skin, like you've just shown, they're going to keep pushing until you give in.
I know it's hard, but for goodness sake, just ignore the stupid star ratings! Do you believe your tracks are good? If you do, then who cares what these other players think! Obviously criticism is helpful, but only when it's legit. If somebody's just doing it to be an idiot, then ignore them.
If you leave, a majority of us who enjoy your tracks, will truly miss your talent and great works of art. Don't give up! Focus on the opinions given from the community in the forums, not the Modspots.
In truth, this is just a game! It's not like your reputation in the real world is being damaged by this. Just roll with the punches, keep pushing forward, and believe in your own ability to make great tracks.
