Soldiers of the Milky Way –
It is with great pride that I announce that we stopped a galaxy-wide Cerberus offensive. They expected surprise and speed to be on their side. They had neither, and they quickly discovered who had the superior force. You thinned their ranks and made our command and control structures safer. Since no small number of my colleagues were their targets, I offer my personal thanks.
When an assassin dies, his target lives. When thousands of assassins die, their leadership loses a major strategic option. That is the blow you have dealt. It will take Cerberus time to recover from losing their elite Phantom soldiers, time we do not intend to give them. Captured Phantoms are being interrogated to help us crack down on more Cerberus cells and sleeper agents. The intelligence we won today will be critical in the battles we face tomorrow.
Regrettably, we cannot stomp Cerberus out all at once, not yet. Our primary focus must be on the Reapers. But had we not won today, we would be hard-pressed to defend our colonies and homeworlds. That means everything to the friends, families, and fellow citizens for whom we are fighting.
Good work.

Back on topic ever so briefly, for those who care lol, but ALL these problems could have been eliminated very simply by only allowing people to vote on TRACKS after they've raced on them. This would put a stop to BOTH ends of the problem, the phantom 1* of jealous little whatsits and those who have a personal grudge against a creator and, on the flip side, it would stop "Top Rated Tracks" becoming a mishmash of D4D fodder, with 50 votes and only 2 sodding plays equating a 5* track! I can't begin to count how many times I've downloaded a highly rated track with an intriguing picture only to dicover it's essentially a bloody oval! Round and around and around I go...

If I had more than 15 seconds, perhaps. Not enough time to think about voting and then looking at the results to see if you won by a split-second.

Lol, surely you can make a decision on how to vote a track during the 3 minutes odd you spend racing it initially? I really don't understand why there's such a poor percentage of votes to plays on ALL tracks, even those on hotlap, where you have an INFINITE amount of time to make that hard decision about how to vote out of 5...

I'm sure most of the elites are too busy thinking about "how am I going to stay in first," "how am I going to destroy everyone ahead of me to get first," and/or "where's those shortcuts" to come up with a rating while racing.

Ehr, you can skip rating after finish race, you know? It's no big deal, unless you need private business.
