I recently thought that many created tracks i race ends up of getting low frame rate so aka kart being slow, hard turns, glitchy props\weapons and etc. I usually think is the server problem but not only that. In fact, in some races i usually end last because of my slow kart.
So here are my thoughts on fixing this:
-Removing a big numbers of downloads (hopefully)
Because deleting the save data of MNR won't remove the downloads.
Any suggestions?

I'm sometimes getting this, I also sometimes disconnect too. It's killing my skill rating. Good thing I don't care!! ![]()

Deleting the save data won't work because if you look at your stuff there's a file in Game Data called MNR UGC. Last time I checked it was at 400 MB.
Also one time I was lagging and super slow but everyone around me was at normal speed. The track wasn't cluttered nor full of stuff, it seems the server hated me that day, for that one race. The others were normal..... :/

Sometimes if you come out of the track studio or other studio and jump straight into an online race you can get this odd lagging effect. I find it most prominent when I'm in the air, my kart seems to be travelling half-speed while everyone else around me is normal. ![]()

I get this a bit. Also, biver said after working with angled props in the track creator and then going to online race he was going in slowmotion.

Oh, when I rarely play with you guys, I usually go half speed. I just give up and look at the track. LOL!

The absolute fastest way for a PS3 to run a game would be a PSN downloaded game running off an SSD, but that doesn't improve things much. It is also a waste to install an SSD in a PS3 unless you got money to burn.
Are you running a disc version of MNR?

Yeah, it's a disk, was better downloading it maybe.
Also i noticed that my drifts tend to be very hard to cntrol while having low frame rate, happened today. It's just a shame for me, there are many great tracks showed but don't know how, when and where it happens this frustrating low frame rate. :<
