DL4DL IS NOT COOL. It completely devalues the creations that some of us put a lot of time and effort into producing.

I want my stuff to be downloaded because people think it's good and not because I might return the favour for a few XP points.

I refuse to download anything unless I think it is any good.

The most annoying people are those that download other peoples creations, upload them as a remix and then want people to dl4dl.

In my opinion, dl4dl is just a way of cheating - What satisfaction you must feel when you get that insignificant digital trophy by cheating !!

If someone asks me in the modspot to dl4dl then I immediately rate all their creations with 1 star.

Totally agree. Plus, when someone parks next to me in the modspot and says "I DLed and rated 5 stars, please do same", I just feel dirty and used. Rate things that you think are GOOD!
