Hi All, 

I'm trying to get some games now but can barely find any players. I hope it's not dead yet. Modnation Racers is a 2010 game so is less than two years old. It'd be a huge shame if the online element dies already and all the cool, crazy tracks go to waste. Besides what are we all playing in place of it unless we all have Wiis or something? There isn't newer kart racer for the PS3 at the moment! You would think the game would last for at least 3 years.

They're on the US forums...The UK one's been 'dead' for at least 6 months.

Depends what you play, and more to the point when you play. XP races and casual rooms are fine for me (although I keep getting kicked in split screen casuals???) I had a full room the other day.

XP series on the other hand has been dead for ages

I don't really care for experience, rank etc. at this stage. I just want to get some good games and download and play the tracks people created. I don't know if Modnation Racers: Road Trip will have cross-functionality like Wipeout, but if it does then I hope more people will play when the PSV gets released.

No it doesn't, road trip features new weapons so cross platform play isn't happening. The creations from MNR will be playable on the vita version though which is the only functionality they share.

Casual games I have no trouble finding, not that I play very often. Just make sure all the options are set to the 'any' category when searching.
