Stunt DLC free for USA, what's the deal?

America just got a bunch of track creator downloadable content, free for them for the first two weeks. What do we get? Nothing, no sign that we're getting the content or if it will be free. It's so mean to release content like that. Please reply forum mod if you know what's going to happen.
