Tutorial - Coloured Water

Hey Everyone this is my newest tutorial.. Showing you how to change the colour of the water...  in this case to ice...  and firery water

Here goes -

step one...  First of all you need to set it to either seaside, alpine or desert. as jungle has too dark water.. ive used seaside here as im goin to create an ice effect.

set out your water level and track.. lower the track so that it is at the lowest point of safety for your kart.. (you dont die when you go into it.)

Ive now changed my terrain to light gravel. as this most resembles snow

To create a different coloured water you will need to select either the lorry's or the crates.. as you can also drive on both of these props. Lower them down so they are just below the water level.. but above your track level.

Firery effect.. to get this effect use the red crate... this gives a very nice red tint to the water.

ve now attempted to create a lava flow... ive done this by sinking the mod balloons low in to the floor so that you can just about see the tops..

Finally finish off the scenery using

This Effect Can look really really great used in the right way... i did throw this together just as a tutorial so it can look better.

check out my Siwahs Magic waters to see it used in a track.

and i no people will say y do you need this when the snow theme is coming out.. im not showing you just how to crearte ice. im showing how to create different coloured water. hopefully you will come up with an idea to use it in..
