Why stop at two? I think it would be great if you have 16 people (or more) on a map. You could people just doing gathering quests, some doing slay quests, others capture quests and they could all run into each other.

Chamealos is fun to fight.

Yeah they had planned tto release monster hunter 3 for the ps3 but then capcom scrapped it and decided to release it on the wii instead!! how crap is that! im gaggin 2 play monster hunter on a big screen with next gen graphics. I remember reading an article in a mag ( cant remember which sorry, it was a while ago) and the guy in charge of makin the new MH was being interviewed about various things like how the controls wud work on the wii, his choice in planning it for the wii stuff like that. He was asked if he thought it was a good idea to upset the psp/playstation fanbase by scrapping the ps3 version and denying them a next gen MH. He said sumthing along the lines of "Making the decision to have the next MH on the wii wasnt taken lightly and we appologise to all the expectant ps3 owners, he was then asked fi he wud make a MH for the ps3 - he replyed by saying "just wait you wont be dissapointed" Ill try and dig out the mag i read it in and ill tell u more

I repelled lunastra in the tower then she went back to the volcanoe. I thought I was going to repel her but she didn't flee after 25 minutes. Then I hit her with a full great sword charge and she died. Also capcom have created a new monster called Ucamulbas he is an ice version of Akantor.

Hopefully the "just you wait you won't be dissapointed" bit means there will be one.

sweeet so is that for monster hunter portable 2 g then??? i might it be a downloaded quest??? now that would be sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!

Yes there is a monster hunter portable 2nd G but its only in Japan.Ucamulbas is the last boss of monaster hunter portable 2nd G. The reward for completed the quest without dieying you get 7K

Been looking on youtube at MHP2 G vids and i cant wait for it to be released over here, theres some interesting looking monsters, theres a black tigrex thats unnoficialally been called panthrex, theres a bird like chicken thing, theres a fish things kinda like plesy that live in the lava in the volcano region, theres a dragon that kinda looks like rathalos covered in spikes oh and who could forget the giant floating sack ( best way i can describe it) theres also another giant monster but i havent seen it yet, oh and the ice antak. Looking good Theres also a special edition MH branded PSP coming out, prob only get it in japan tough

The game does look good, some of the new monsters look cool aswell.
I heard that some of the current monsters have been made stronger, eg Rathalos' roar now requires high grade earplug to block. Also some of the weapons have been weakened.
That cat looks quite odd, hopefully they'll be usefull.
