If you cannot get online at all that would sound like it is not a server issue unless others are having the same issues. I do not know the current state of the servers as I do not go on the game. From Kivi95 post they might be quite bad.
MSPR - Yes the servers are now great and after only 3 years, a remarkable acheivement, lol.

I've been playing the game since about launch and the servers have NEVER worled properly. For every 3 minutes of gameplay, you have 2 minutes d*cking around in the lobby. The only reason I'm even playing online is to unlock stuff for single player (don't get me started on THAT design desicion) and I haven't had ONE day of good server connection. I don't think I've even played a race with 16 players before. Ever. You are most certainly not alone and it is BS that they haven't fixed this problem. If only they made it easier to contact them about the problem....

I don't know about anybody else, but I've just been online on apocalypse and had no issues what so ever. It connected me straight away, found a room and had about 6 quick races with no problems at all.

Did you then deliberately quit after 6, or get disconnected for whatever server reason? I can't seem to be able to do more thn 6 in one go without disconnecting, which is alright, but not ideal. Especially seeing as I want loads of chips to get me up to lvl 80

I deliberately quit, I wanted a few quick races just to see how the servers were holding up, pretty well I think but its a shame a lot of people are still complaining on Facebook about it.

Hi All,
Anyone else having this problem. A relative has got my old PS3 as a crimbo pressie and can play online on Motorstorm without any problems. I have since ourchased a new PS3 320gb Slim and still have my copy of Motorstorm. Now, I want to play against them online but when I select "Online" from the menu it takes me to the Online Agreement screen where you can either accept or decline.
Here's the issue: No agreement text appears and I subsequently cannot select either "Accept" or "Decline".
There are no updates needed for the game and it's getting frustrating.
Can anyone offer a solution or assistance?
Thanks in advance.
Lee
