Surprisingly enough, this vinyl is the same as my orange/green scheme, but more coloured to be lightning.

Took from the opposite angle to make a pretty sweet ps3 xmb background

They are!

the rig is from the revelations dlc vehicle pack and includes the neon wheels.

they are only for that rig though, you cant put them on the other vehicles.
