beats me why to use shoot the breeze on end is nigh.. you can cool down your boost on a bike on every part on that tracks fastest route enough to make a very fast time.. but we may have sooo different boost strategies on it anyway. Near the end there's this one part that gets destroyed on the last lap, if you meant that you can gain something on those two little drops.. I tested it out earlier and slow burn is still faster. But, just on my boost strategy, can't really tell for real, but we are still talking milliseconds here =)

good luck on it =) just don't overdo it then you get frustrated and then you always end up getting close but not better. Maybe try for just a millisecond different boost strategy on some part, you know, don't boost just as much and see if on the next of your 11 points you can be there a little faster. I've noticed that this way you can really find something interesting and new. On some docks track I tested it out and found I can be even a second faster while it seemed to make no sense. A little bump on the road, something that doesn't even get your car in the air can make a huge difference. So I guess it's down to experimenting.

I guess you're probably aware of it, but there is a possible route between the two ships at the first corner to make a quicker entry into the tighter of the two turns. In a supercar, it's v. difficult to get right without losing too much speed, and it's probably suicidal in a race. I'm not even sure it's overall faster than just taking the longer loop at the first corner, but I'm not consistent enough on the rest of the track to get to a conclusion one way or another, or to post any sort of decent time to prove it's a feasible option. Might be worth a look at if you haven't already tried and discarded it.
