I downloaded  the outlaw pack an some of thiere other vehicle packs. I was  thinking  it will be where you select The vehicles an vehicle customiation but its not there. Where do you go to find it. an another thing I downloaded those free downloadble challenges Those are not showing up It still says download additional content for the missing ones?

Did that still no luck Its a japan port of the game that I got from site but the whole game is in English even the audio I don't know if that's the problem

I'm afraid game and DLC have to be from the same region.

Go for a refund (good luck), make a japanese account and download again with that.

EDIT: Once installed, you can use it with all accounts though.

Either that or get a disk for your correct region.
I think getting a correct disk would be easier because I have a Japanese account and the first barrier is language. You can't set it to English & it always shows the Japanese symbols. Secondly you need to use a valid Japanese address & your billing info won't match the address you add =/
