Re: Suburban Shakedown 3 laps

haha, this is madness, jerony now has a time of 53.54 and im closing in with a 53.56! :smileyvery-happy:

we both stand 3rd and 4th with tiky at the top with 52.16 and kinetic_kick with 53.25 (both rally cars), and we both think we can improve for 2nd and 3rd :smileytongue:

But whos gonna get it?

Re: Suburban Shakedown 3 laps

good news for wildheart, a 53.39 with the first supermini, even with a sloppy start.

It seems to take the first corner extremely well...

just done a 2.53.87 online! new WR and it was my first online race on *****.

So the bar has been set (my last world record was 2.59...)

Gentlemen, BRING IT!

Is that still the record? Anyone know how much time crashes are worth because I was 10s off that with three crashes in the rally car on my last race today.

Hehe, how did I know you set that time :smileytongue:

As far as I know its still the record but Im now having the leaderboards freezing problem. The rally car can beat the mini round here, it just takes luck as well as skill.

Hopefully crashes are worth no more than 3 secs.......

Re: Suburban Shakedown 3 laps

there's so much goin on about TA that maybe I have to try too, when I get well that is. Right now it's enough to check my mail on the pc since bright lights have this weird effect =)

and suburban shakedown is actually a great track for TA, I imagine the best times will change many times still.

good luck jerony, that was quite a cool swap of times before!

its quite epic watching these two superminis climb the board with rally car times being eaten up without knowing!

Id love to see tikys reaction if one of us beats his time in a mini :smileytongue:

Although that will take some doing.....

yay for Mini #1 :smileyvery-happy:

@carp, depending on where you crash, it will cost you 3-5 seconds

Re: Suburban Shakedown 3 laps

This is turning more into a ta thread, but its a goon un!

just done a 53.19, the first split was pretty much perfect, maybe another 0.1 to be had.

the second was dreadful and depending on how ta works i lost a 0.4 advantage to a 0.17 loss, but was still in front of my ghost.

third split seemed same, there isnt much to improve on but i had a good but not great boost explosion, maybe another 0.1 or 0.2 most to be had there.

All in the 1st mini, it takes the first awkward corner really well and can still keep pace with the others.

I think a perfect run may yield a 52.5 or a 52.4 but unless better/glitchy routes are found I dont think much more.
