Ah, we are starting to see and recognise good players forming in some rooms. I think as a room fills up with fast players the noobs leave and it continues to attract friends of fast players who are also fast.

Just think if we could have proper custom rooms like we used to and only choose certain vehicles. There’s an idea Evo what about it?..................... oops, sorry we are getting that.....sometime (perhaps).......... and it will only be $25.00 hurray and it will even work sometimes (well occasionally).

Sorry feeling a bit jaded, just waited 5 mins to join Ronin in a game then lost the connection and when I reconnected my PS froze. F U it, I’ll have a glass of wine instead.

we played some chase games, unfortunately russein didnt know how to set it up so we did the following-
Buena Vista- 9 rounds; this took a very long time towards the end i kept getting taken out by angron which really annoyed me
Mainlining- 7 rounds; all superminis except for 2 people who didnt get the message, naturally they affected the results pretty heavily. i only did a complete lap once.
Skyline- 7 rounds; kept getting taken out by russeins rig every single race, but it was better than mainlining as we all weren't in the same vehicle.

so in conclusion, the lag in this game is pretty horrible, and what makes it worse is that if 2 players touch, at least one of them is sent in to a spin.

yh mainlining lag  was awful ... every race start id either get taken out by alcaas rally or crushed by beardy's rig and then wrecked by the seemingly millions of others crashing infront of me

The lag didn't really bother me, it wasn't as bad as PR's lag by far (on my screen). ~14 people in the same vehicle on a little straight, heading for a corner, without an alternative route; yup, some will not survive. Stupid thing in chase mode is: when you wreck, you'll be "eliminated" very soon; so you must not wreck!

its all good mate, but your speed advantage and the amount of lag in the room meant that every time you were behind me i got a massive ram up the back and sent spinning, haha.

kind of shows that this game is not meant for everyone to pick the same or very similar vehicles.

What is chase mode? I have never played it =/ But from this thread something like if you are wrecked then you stay wrecked?

trax: it's a mode that resembels the eliminator mode. exept there is an overall time limit on about 1 min. when the time runs out. the top five racer's get awarded with 1-5 points (you can set the amount of rounds needed to win)
