Which view do you use for RC?

I'm... Well... I'm having trouble getting the most out of MS:RC. cuss' I can't decide which cam to use.
Or if certain cams suits certain tracks/events?
Also I'm curious as to which cam you lot use since there's no hood/bumper cam as you know  :smileywink:

I hear what you say, I just don't listen...

I use the wide view at first as it gives you a better view of the track when you don't know the layout then switch to the closer fixed camera for more accuracy in positioning the car for lap times.
The dynamic view is the best looking one but takes a bit of relearning the track due the differing perspective on corners.
Never use the offset view at all.

Re: Which view do you use for RC?

I always use the Fixed camera. When I first started out it was quite difficult because you can't see very far ahead of your car but once you get to know the track I find it a very good camera to use. You know what is coming up so you don't need to see to know, so having a close in camera helps you to be precise in your cornering & is just better imo. :smileyhappy:

Hey guys :smileyhappy: Haven't used the forum for a while (pretty much because until recently I didn't have my PS3 at university with me of course), but I'm loving some RC now.

The camera's don't really change the result for me, especially if there are other racers on the track (ie race, pursuit) because you can't necessarily see them as soon on dynamic or fixed despite being closer to the action. I do quite like admiring the track by zooming out to aerial though, and it's useful for bigger tracks imo

Re: Which view do you use for RC?

I find aerial helps with the drift events as you can visualise the whole line you are taking around the corner and into the next one.

Same with me. Tracks like the one for Multi-Story Mayhem I use ariel to see the corners sooner.
