Me too, I have a Brazilian account.

I'm unable to connect to the server with this account since the 1.04 patch release

With an United Kingdom account, I'm able to connect, but this is not the account I use to play online, and also, I'm level 15 in the Multiplayer with my main account.

If i didn't know better i'd say you were the same person...
Meh. Things tend to see-saw with the connection in this game; this week it will be turd, next week it will be alright again. It's just a matter of riding the waves for now, until maybe they release another update in the near future; however going by the length of time it took for the last update, you're in for a bit of a wait.
