Mod/Kart spotlight
This Monday's Spotlight will be on the creators ryu-tan2 and kuro-anco. ryu-tan2 holds a special place in my heart, because without the creations they have created, I would never have got into anime. kuro-anco makes the best touhou Mods out there. A must have.
The kart is azusa k-on by ryu_tan2. The mod is Flandre Scarlet ver4 by kuro-anco.

Test your speed on * CountrySide Catharsis * by Freud2k4. A very Technical course with many tight turns.
Also good for casual races. A great track.
