Well, actually, the original version with that name showed above the pic is the version without items. If you REALLY want items, there is another version called Utopian Citadel (items). So the version pictured here can be played on action mode without worrying about items.

I'll mention this before I forget. This track has a big problem with or without weapons. If you use the shortcut (opened with R1) and, instead of continuing straight where it crosses the main route, take a tight turn it is quite easy to cut on the main route instead. It takes about 5 seconds out of your lap time.
