Nasomi I have to disagree with the statement about the power of the PS3 and PS Vita being almost the same. The PS3 is way more powerful.
The PS Vita is more on par with the iPhone 4s than the PS3 as both the PS Vita and iPhone 4s use similar CPU's (both use a ARM Cortex A9 processor) only difference is that the iPhone 4s uses a duel core version and the vita uses a quad core variant.
Again the GPU's are similar as well both using a Power VR SGX543 based GPU again the difference is that one is a duel core and one is quad core. In theory the vita is twice the raw power than the iPhone 4s but in reality due to custom optimisation from both apple and Sony the vita is just under 1.5 times the power of the iPhone 4s, and we all know that even though the IPhone is powerful it's lightyears away from being on par with a PS3.

As for GT PSP on the vita it runs ok but looks dated on the vita. The larger screen shows up the jaggies also everything looks pretty avarage. I guess after being spoilt by what the vita is capable of any psp game is going to look dated but I suppose it's GT and its on the vita but didn't expect a WOW experience.

Completely wrong about the Apple 4S GPU (A5) it's officialy according to Apple twice as slow as the iPad 3 GPU and the Ipad 3 GPU is almost the same one used in the Vita except only dual core and no Video RAM.

Now taking into account the number of cores involved the lack of video Ram on the Apple systems and IOS sucking down resources the 4S is maybe a fifth as capable at best compared to the Vita.

Also I want a realistic racing game as well  agree with the first poster, Wipeout is a poor game compared the the originals, Ridge Racer is a demo, and Kart Racers are for Nintendo kids.

When comparing the vita to the iPhone 4s I was doing so as the architecture is similar to thr vita. The new iPad uses a totally different architecture type as its a SoC so data throughput and processing speeds are not compareable. The GPU in the iPhone 4s is exactly the same as in the vita apart from being a duel core variant.

Sure the iPhone 4s theoretically only half the speed of the vita in terms of raw speed but according to the actual data throughput the difference more like 1.5 faster.

Due to the size of screen, technology architecture and type of processors used the vita is more comparable to the iPhone 4s than the SoC based iPad.

iPhone 4s has more like 70-80 million polygons per second. I provided my evidence in the Link above all you need to do is read. So going on the evidence I found the vita is 1.5 to 1.8 the polygon pushing power of the vita.

I'm not trying to say your wrong but just your say so without evidence is not proof your right. I provided my reason for why I believe the vita and iPhone 4s are closer in terms of performance than you say. If you have any proof and provide it I'll take what you say into consideration.

Who cares what does what, The Vita does it's job as does the Shi  te phone  Sorry not a fan of Ipod pads and phones as you never realy know what they are meant to be.

Vita a games consoles through and through with added bits if people want them.

The chip was capable of 35 mil polygons per second before Apple downclocked it in realistic terms the 4s is probably only at about 20 million also the Vita is pushing a quad core CPU on top of the Quad core GPU which is why it pushes up to about half the power of a PS3.

Despite Apples usual propaganda and 7 times more powerful graphics hype the 4S is not compareable, for a phone it's pretty powerful but for a games console no chance.
