Uncharted: Golden Abyss is the most complete game if you want a PS3 like experience, but Rayman: Origins has been the most positive experience.

I think the best overall game I've played on the Vita so far is Metal Gear Solid HD Collection... Take the 2 PS2 games 'HD remastered' on that small screen, add some touch controls to compensate for no L2/R2 triggers, and you even have all the Substance/Substinance side games and the original two Metal Gear games..

But.. it's not really a 'Vita' game as such, though possibly a sign that more PS2 HD remasters could make the crossover... If Silent Hill HD hadn't have been so badly panned, it could have been a good Vita port... Ratchet HD could be another.. (they could always drop the first game if size restrictions restrict the collections to two ps2 games)... and the God of War games, why not?... two pairs of two games.. perfect money maker..

Best Vita specific game I've played so far is Uncharted Golden Abyss... it's not perfect. You can see some of the tricks they've used in spots to give a game with the scope of the first Uncharted a run on a handheld... It also lacks a bit of the Naughty Dog X-factor (Burning Skies also take note) ... but it's a debut title, and a mighty good one... When you consider the leap Ready at Dawn made from CoO to GoS on the PSP, who knows what Bend can do if they make another handheld Uncharted...

fifa football - i once read somewhere months back that it was apparantely a 'test' by EA to see if fifa could run on the vita. just like the ps3 version except no l2/r2, but touch controls!!!! it has definitely passed the 'test'! cant wait for fifa 13!

hustle kings - pool and snooker on a handheld!!!!! although some of the music in the game can be annoying, and that trying to pot balls using casual method can be frustrating, the game utilises all of the vitas features and the pool and snooker tables look impressive!

puddle - great game with brilliant graphics. well i would obviously say that being a chemical engineer as puddle is a chemistry related game, but still a very good game that uses the majority of the vitas features!

uncharted golden abyss - great game, stunning graphics, touch controls, but doesnt feel like the naughty dog versions of the series.

best vita game so far has to be uncharted but i've just got ninja gaiden and it's great bloody difficult though.

From what I have played so far, probably Everybody's Golf has had the most play. I love Wipeout 2048, but I'm stuck as the AI just went brutal on me in the 2049 cup...

Uncharted is so on my "need to play" list, but funds, you know. ;-)

Try beating some of the side missions to get better vehicles.

Has to be Uncharted followed closely by MGS HD .....vita is badly in need of a big title like GTA

Is a perfect plat-former for the system! -
if that's not a viable option though I guess it has to be Golden Abyss.
