PS Vita Games

Hi all. So I REALLY want to transfer my PSN download of MGS Peace Walker to the Vita to play it properly with dual sticks.

Everyone can do this using their PS3 it seems, even though the game is not "officially" supported but I don't own a PS3. And I never will.

So how do I do this? And if it isn't possible, could someone please tell me when it will be as this is really dumb!

If you already own peace walker you can re download it from your psn download on the vita. If you dont then download media go for the pc. Buy or re download it from in media go and then transfere it to your vita. That's how I did it and works perfect on the vita

if you log into qriocity.com you can download it from there and install it to your vita without the need of a ps3

also mediago doesnt work on vita its a psp only software

Hi.

Can I ask if you can be more specific? I've logged in to qriocity and found the download, but everytime I click on any of my PSP games it pops up a box saying "Playstation Network Downloader - Establish a USB connection to the Device. If using a PSP system connect the PSP system using a USB cable and then select USB Connection under settings on the PSP system

I can't get it to do anything else, whether I run Content Manager on the Vita or not.

Any ideas please?

I am having the EXACT same problem.
I have complained on IGN and many other sites about not being able to download PeaceWalker as well as other games listed in my Download List of games that I have ALREADY PAID FOR. Im a upset because I have paid almost $500 for the Vita, Memory cards, etc. And, then I log onto PSN just to discover that I cant download my purchases. Sony, if you are reading this, PLEASE release the lock on PeaceWalker for my account. I do NOT have a PS3. I only have a Vita. I should be able Download the games in my Download list without a PS3.

I am an adult.
I am always traveling with my job.
The purpose for buying the Vita was so that I would not be chained to a home console for playing games and making purchases on the go.

just an idea - can you download the file via media go then move the file to the folder that content manager is using for your apps?

No, tried it already. The games downloaded through Media Go come out as PSP eboot format. The PSP games downloaded via the Vita are in a different file format entirely (.imgv or something) This is really poor. Please can we try to get an official comment on this from Sony? They expect us to embrace digital downloads but screw it all up with hopelessly unmanageable digital rights management, Please let us have what we have paid for!

fazleycatta is right. Where is Sony's stament on this and why are they yet again screwing up digital downloads. I had bought a PSP Go when it came ount and ended up selling it for the reason of most digital content being delayed or just never being available at all on PSN. Now with the Vita the PSP games I do own on PSN can not even be downloaded. WHAT IS GOING ON? Why are we always being sold devices that are in beta?

I am not your beta tester Sony, release your products 100 percent working!

I was able to just go in to my download list on the PS Store on the Vita and download it straight to the system ?
