I haven't had any luck with this request in the tech forums.........maybe here.....
I know the Vita isn't exactly flexible when it comes to adding/removing data, but surely I don't need to remove the entire Ridge Racer game when all I want to do is remove a heap of DLC music I no longer want, do I?
If I go to add-on content within the Vita settings all I can do is view what's there. Is that as extensive as it gets? All I want to do is remove the music I no longer want. Anyone know if it's even possible?
If this isn't possible, which I don't believe it is, then that's ridiculous and this kind of problem needs sorting out in a future firmware update. I mean it's not as if the memory cards are ten a penny, is it? Space is expensive on these Vita's, so allowing the user to easily remove stuff to make way for other stuff is something that should be in place from the start.

Anyone fancy taking a stab at the answer? Even if it can't be done, just let me know and I'll contact Sony and wait patiently for a reply. Not out of choice, though.
Ta.

At a guess, I'd say your ownly route is to uninstall the lot and then re-download those parts you want.
Sony may even say it's up to Namco Bandai to provide software management of the data files, if their customers want it. The protection around the Vita's file structures is as obscure as Sony think they can make it and that means not opening it up to user interference.
