Mortal Kombat Region Lock ?

Does anyone know if this game is region locked ?

I dont mean a us game working on eu vita, i mean eu been able to play against us.

The ps3 version you could only play against your own region.

I'm not sure, probably is, but if you have a wired connection on your PS3 if you have 1 you can use adhoc party possibly, thats what I used to do on PSP
