Preordere my PSVita with Everybody Golf 6, i'm waiting to decide which game to get with the psn discount i got with the preorder pack.
So, mostly i'm looking forward to:

Gravity Daze (but i'm very disappoint that EU will not have a boxed version of this game.)

Persona 4 The Golden

well launch titles are uncharted golden abyss, fifa , escape plan, super stardust delta, gravity rush, as for whats on the way, unit 13 seems interesting, whatever ken levine comes up with in bioshock, i will also say call of duty but only because the possibilties for spec ops on cod could drive sales of the vita, imagine playing spec ops ( sorry the multiplayer in cod bores me, but spec ops is awesome ) either ad-hoc or wifi with another ps vita owner, or how about some cross platform play with a ps3 user, lets hope activision come up with some amazing choices, and lastly whatever hideo kojima san is working on,. what a shame ueda has left sony ( although i hope he finished my most anticipated game on ps3 for about 3 years now last guardian) , it would have been amazing to see what experiences he could have produced for the vita.

I'm getting uncharted, wipeout and rayman at lauch.

Also the more I see of Unit 13 and  Escape Plan the more I want them.

Unit 13 looks crazy for a game on a handheld console. 

Escape Plan looks like a whole load of fun.

I really like the Persona series past Persona 2.

I am looking forward to Bioshock Vita immensely.   Especially after Ken Levine seems so interested in the Vita and feels no compromises will have to be made when working on the new Bioshock.

Also, whats the chance of a new Vita game from Team Ico (once they've finally released The Last Guardian)?

Uncharted Golden Abyss - who isnt?

Escape plan - love the art style of this game

Dungeon hunter - typical dungeon crawler/loot collecting game but coop should be fun

Rayman Origins - has been said the Vita version of the game is the best one

Super Stardust - Looksa s good if not better than the PS3 version

i am hoping Rangarok Odyssey gets a UK release as this will keep me busy till Monster Hunter.
